We are looking for an experienced Test Lead / QA Lead with 10+ years of experience and strong leadership, manual testing, financial-domain, and automation expertise.

✅ 10+ years of QA / Software Testing experience
✅ Strong Test Lead / QA Lead experience – HIGH PRIORITY
✅ Strong Manual Testing experience
✅ Financial / Banking / Investment domain – MUST HAVE
✅ Hands-on Selenium
✅ Hands-on Playwright
✅ Azure DevOps (ADO) experience
✅ Test planning, strategy, execution & reporting
✅ Regression, functional & end-to-end testing
✅ Defect management & root-cause analysis
✅ Ability to lead QA teams and own testing deliverables
