Elle and Bee Clothing | In-Store

Elle and Bee Clothing is looking for two reliable, motivated Key Holders to join our boutique team. While this is a part-time role, it’s an important one as you’ll be trusted to run the store and support daily operations, and help bring the brand to life both in-store and online.

💰 Pay: $15.30/hour

📆 Start Date: January start preferred

 

🕒 Hours:

• Approx. 8–12 hours per week

• Hours may vary based on business needs

 

📍 Availability (Must Have):

✔ Wednesday–Friday

✔ Every other Sunday

✔ Flexible Saturdays (possible on-call coverage)

 

✨ What You’ll Do:

• Open and close the boutique independently

• Provide an elevated, welcoming customer experience

• Drive sales and complete daily tasks without constant supervision

• Assist with shipping and post office runs

• Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and visual standards

• Support merchandising, inventory, and restocking

• Serve as a trusted backup when the owner is not in-store

 

📱 Social Media & Brand Presence:

• Comfortable being on camera for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Live sales

• Willing to help with product videos, try-ons, and live order fulfillment

• Confident, professional representation of the Elle and Bee brand

• Prior retail experience (boutique/apparel preferred)

• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

• Sales-driven with strong communication skills

• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

• Someone who gets things done and shows up professionally
