A leading national law firm (AmLaw 100) is seeking a skilled Employment Litigation Associate with at least 3 years of experience to join its Portland office and play a key role in its nationally recognized employment law practice.

What you’ll do:

• Handle a broad range of employment litigation, including single-plaintiff and class action matters
• Support arbitrations and other employment-related disputes
• Draft client advisories and stay ahead of emerging employment law developments
• Work closely with a collaborative, high-performing team across offices

• 3+ years of employment litigation experience
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in building a well-rounded employment law practice in a collegial, client-focused environment
