Landscape Crew Member

Xylem Designs is seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join their team in supporting residential and commercial landscaping projects. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy physical work, have a passion for working outdoors, and are eager to be part of a growing team. No prior landscaping experience is necessary — training will be provided!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general gardening duties including raking, shoveling, and weeding

• Plant and care for trees, shrubs, perennials, and annuals

• Install sod and other turf systems

• Lay pavers, stones, and install other landscaping features and hardscape elements

• Maintain cleanliness and order on job sites

• Support team members in completing projects efficiently and professionally

Requirements:

• Physically able to perform outdoor labor, including lifting, digging, and extended standing or kneeling

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and reliability

• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively as part of a team

• Positive attitude and desire to grow within the landscaping field

• Punctuality and a commitment to safety and professionalism
