Law Clerk

Description:

Landry Legal, PLLC is a modern law firm representing athletes, musicians, creators, and entrepreneurs in sports, entertainment, intellectual property, and business law. We are seeking 1L and 2L law students for a part-time Law Clerk position to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda on intellectual property, contracts, and right of publicity.

• Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts (sponsorship deals, recording contracts, licensing agreements, etc.).

• Monitor legal developments in sports, music, and entertainment law.

• Support attorneys in case preparation, client communications, and administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Current 1L or 2L student at an accredited law school.

• Strong interest in sports, entertainment, and IP law.

Time Commitment:

• Part-time, flexible hours (approximately 5–15 hours per week).

• Accommodates academic schedules.
