Lead Analyst

Description:

QVC Group, Inc., a Fortune 500 live social shopping company, is seeking a Lead Analyst for the Strategic Operations team. The role focuses on reducing costs and optimizing the customer experience across supply chain, inventory, throughput capacity, fulfillment, and returns/reverse logistics operations. The Lead Analyst will act as an internal consultant and collaborate with multiple teams including Operations, Engineering, Finance, Planning, and Analytics. This is a hybrid role based in West Chester, PA, requiring occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects to identify, model, and evaluate opportunities for cost reduction and improved customer experience in operations.

• Serve as liaison between Operations, Engineering, Finance, Planning, and Analytics teams to ensure strategic alignment.

• Develop and streamline reporting, dashboards, and analyses to monitor program health.

• Prepare and present quantitative analyses to influence peers and C-level leadership.

Skills / Abilities:

• Advanced analytics capabilities, including extracting and manipulating large datasets using SQL or similar tools.

• Experience modeling analytic findings in Tableau or similar software.

• Strong communication and presentation skills for influencing stakeholders.

• Ability to collaborate across multi-functional teams and support strategic and tactical initiatives.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative or operations field, or equivalent experience.
