Duties

• Ensures consistent Installation wide program development and execution by evaluating project objectives, recommending the most economical and efficient procedures for Project design and construction.
• Reviews the energy and utility designs of Installation construction projects.
• Investigates areas that have been proposed for development, enlargement or modification.
• Develops, evaluates, prioritizes, monitors, and implements present, short term, and long-range projects and programs to sustain, restore and modernize the installation utility infrastructure.
• Reviews other workers project development, construction estimates, and makes changes as required.
• Leads team engaged in performing professional and technical work within the major functional areas of energy, utilities and facilities engineering.
