Lead Hvac Installer

Description:

A well-established HVAC company is seeking a Bilingual Lead HVAC Installer with strong leadership capabilities and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish. This role will serve as a Field Manager within the Installation Division and oversee multiple HVAC installation teams, ensuring high standards in workmanship, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in both residential and commercial HVAC systems and demonstrate the ability to lead 3–5 crews simultaneously. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the capacity to manage field operations and interface with office staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate installation teams, including scheduling and field task delegation.

• Provide professional HVAC installation, repair, service, and maintenance.

• Specialize in installing mini-splits, ductless systems, and oil tank removal.

• Assist in loading trucks and supporting warehouse operations.

• Maintain company property such as trucks, tools, and uniforms.

• Ensure all installations meet quality standards and safety compliance.

• Act as a liaison between the field and the office, ensuring proper job opening communication and documentation.

Job Requirements:

• 10+ years of HVAC experience (residential and commercial)

• 2+ years of proven leadership experience managing crews

• Fluent in both English and Spanish

• Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities

• Must be physically able to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders

• Computer and electronic device proficiency for job-related tasks

• High school diploma required

• EPA Universal Certification

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $75000–$85000 annually ($35–$40/hr, negotiable based on experience)
