Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Performance Engineer with strong expertise in performance engineering, load testing, API testing, and enterprise application performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute performance testing strategies for enterprise and cloud-based applications.
Develop and maintain performance test scripts using Apache JMeter or similar tools.
Conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.
Perform API performance testing (REST/JSON and SOAP).
Perform front-end performance testing for Next.js applications.
Design and deploy performance testing frameworks.
Troubleshoot and triage issues across network and AWS infrastructure.
Analyze performance bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendations.
Monitor CPU, memory, GC, I/O, and network metrics.
Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with Development, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams.
