About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPCM / PCMCS Consultant to join our team onsite in New York City. In this role, you will work closely with client stakeholders to lead solution design, allocation modeling, data integration, testing, and production support, serving as a key liaison between client leadership and offshore delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design: Gather business requirements to design, configure, and deploy robust Oracle EPCM / PCMCS solutions.
Allocation & Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain profitability models, cost/revenue allocation rules, calculation logic, drivers, and metadata.
Financial Processes & Reporting: Support complex profitability, costing, revenue/cost allocation, and executive management reporting requirements.
Integration & Performance: Execute data integrations, data validation, financial reconciliation, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Project Lifecycle: Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployments, issue resolution, and change request management.
Stakeholder & Delivery Coordination: Conduct client workshops, independently manage onsite deliverables, and coordinate seamless execution with offshore teams.
Requirements & Qualifications
Mandatory Skills:
Oracle EPCM / PCMCS: Deep hands-on experience in configuring, modeling, and deploying solutions.
Oracle EPBCS: Mandatory hands-on experience with Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service.
Profitability & Cost Modeling: Strong expertise in allocation rules, calculation drivers, cost/revenue allocation models, and data reconciliations.
Data & Integration: Direct experience handling dimensions, metadata, business rules, data loads, and EPM integrations.
Finance Domain: Solid understanding of financial accounting, management reporting, and cost management frameworks.
Delivery & Communication: Excellent client-facing communication, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management skills within an onsite-offshore delivery model.
Good-to-Have Skills:
Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP / Financials.
Hands-on experience with EPM Automate and automated scripting.
Exposure to EPM reporting tools and advanced performance optimization.
