Legal Assistant

Description:

We are a boutique immigration law firm seeking a detail-oriented and organized legal assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our attorney, including:

• Preparing immigration filings
• Screening calls
• Managing client files
• Scheduling appointments
• Communicating with clients and attorney
• Taking affidavits
• Providing status update to clients

Requirements:

• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years’ experience working in a law office
