Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage real estate litigation matters within the firm.

• Collaborate with the litigation team and practice area leader on complex legal strategies and case execution.

• Maintain and expand client relationships; a portable book of business ($1M+) is highly valued.

• Deliver high-caliber legal counsel and outcomes to a sophisticated clientele.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Real Estate Litigation.

• Graduation from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 law school is preferred.

• A portable book of business valued at $1 million or more is strongly preferred.

• Proven leadership within litigation practice areas and a demonstrated ability to manage high-stakes legal matters.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong legal acumen.
