Duties & Responsibilities

◾ Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for Patients.
◾ Provide in-person psychotherapy and mental health counseling using evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
◾ Monitor client progress, evaluate treatment outcomes, and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
◾ Maintain accurate, timely and confidential clinical documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
◾ Establish appropriate therapeutic goals and provide individualized care based on each client's clinical needs.
◾ Complete progress notes, treatment plans, assessments, and other required clinical documentation within established timelines.
◾ Provide services within the scope of the professional's license, qualifications and clinical expertise.
◾ Maintain regular on-site availability and comply with the practice's scheduled working hours and operational requirements.
