Thriveworks, a nationally recognized and clinician-owned mental health private practice group operating in 48 states, is currently seeking a Licensed Talk Therapist to join their hybrid team in Maumelle, Arkansas. This position offers a combination of telehealth and in-person sessions, providing flexibility while maintaining client access and care quality.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a caseload of at least 25 sessions per week and must hold a valid clinical license to practice independently in Arkansas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, couples, or family counseling via a hybrid model (both telehealth and in-person sessions).

• Maintain clinical notes and documentation within 24 hours of sessions.

• Collaborate with clinical teams and participate in professional development.

• Be willing to grow into leadership or supervisory roles.

• Offer behavioral health generalist services (with support for specialization in couples and child therapy).

• Uphold high standards of integrity, care, and client commitment.

Required Qualifications:

• Independent licensure in the state of Arkansas as:

  • LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)

  • LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)

  • LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)

  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)

• Must reside and be licensed to practice in the state of Arkansas.

• Willingness to manage a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
