Licensed Therapist

Description:

LifeStance Health is actively seeking Licensed Therapists in Washington State who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Therapists will provide mental health services to adult and/or child and adolescent populations as part of a collaborative clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy and counseling services to clients, following best practices and clinical guidelines.

• Work with adult and/or child and adolescent populations depending on expertise.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow organizational protocols.

• Participate in professional development and continuing education (CEUs).

Qualifications:

• Fully licensed and credentialed in Washington State (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).

• Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.

• Must reside in Washington State for fully remote work eligibility.
