Leadenhall Search & Selection is recruiting Director through to Partner-level candidates for a prestigious economic consulting firm that is a recognized leader in litigation support and regulatory economics. This role presents a unique opportunity to work in a firm known for its exceptional delivery of rigorous economic and statistical analysis, supporting high-stakes legal proceedings, regulatory reviews, and complex corporate strategies.

The firm’s clientele includes elite law firms, Fortune 500 corporations, and government entities. As part of the consulting team, you will play a pivotal leadership role in managing client engagements, delivering expert economic analysis, and providing testimony in legal contexts.

Key Focus Areas:

• Antitrust litigation and merger reviews

• Class action certification and damages modeling

• Wage and hour disputes, pay equity, and discrimination assessments

• Labor and employment consulting

• Statistical sampling and econometrics

• Expert witness services and testimony preparation

• Compliance consulting and regulatory analysis

Responsibilities:

• Lead high-profile consulting projects related to economic litigation and regulatory economics

• Direct and oversee advanced econometric and statistical analysis

• Prepare expert reports and contribute to litigation support efforts

• Serve as or support expert witnesses in complex legal cases

• Collaborate with law firms, corporate clients, and internal consulting teams

• Mentor and develop junior consultants

• Contribute to business development and expansion across practice areas

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (Director/Partner level) in economic consulting, regulatory economics, or litigation support

• Strong academic background in economics, econometrics, statistics, or a related field (PhD preferred, though not mandatory)

• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and lead project teams

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including experience with expert testimony or court proceedings

• Deep understanding of legal frameworks, class certification, damages modeling, or antitrust analysis

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $140,000 to $300,000 annually (equivalent to $11666–$25000/month)
