The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., a global leader in prestige beauty, is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join their MAC PRO Michigan Avenue team in Chicago as a MAC Keyholder. This role is ideal for a motivated retail professional ready to take the next step toward a supervisory position in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

As a Keyholder, you will support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include modeling exceptional customer service, mentoring team members, meeting sales and service goals, and maintaining retail excellence.

You will have the responsibility of opening and closing the store on a scheduled basis and performing daily cash reconciliation tasks. Candidates should possess a strong background in retail, ideally in cosmetics, and demonstrate a proven ability to inspire and connect with customers to deliver authentic, tailored service experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support management in the daily operation of the store

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance

• Assist with cash handling, opening and closing procedures

• Provide coaching to team members to help them meet service and sales goals

• Uphold brand values and ensure a high standard of in-store experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with retail point-of-sale systems

• Supervisory or leadership exposure

• Availability for flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and events

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
