Description:
As the Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the hands-on assembly, wiring or testing of products. The holder of the position will also work with the production team and other internal functions to continuously identify design, process and efficiency improvements. The goal is to ensure work is completed to required timescales, output and quality targets.

- Manage chemical and flammable products safely.
- Perform disposal of non-hazardous and hazardous waste in coordination with the EHS Department.
- Identify and reports problems or potential hazards by monitoring instrumentations such temperature thermocouple, etc.
- Compute variances between laboratory analysis and product specifications, using prescribed formula to determine necessary adjustments.
- Support their Team Leader to maintain the efficiency of the cell(s)
- Maintain the lean manufacturing philosophies during the implementations.
- Must be able to lift 35 pounds
What Will Convince Us
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ years’ experience of working in a technical manufacturing, production, or assembly environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis
- Experience with following technical Work Instructions in a Quality System
- Good knowledge in mechanical assembly techniques
- Proven mechanical troubleshooting skills
- General knowledge of materials, products, equipment, and associated processes within a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with general quality, safety, security, and environmental standards & procedures
- Chemical safety training and experience working with chemicals in production environments
- Good knowledge of quality, cost, efficiency, and safety
