Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain CNC machines under the direction of the supervisor.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications.
- Use measuring tools to ensure quality standards.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished parts.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols.
- Assist in multiple work areas as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience with basic woodworking or machining equipment is a plus.
- Experience working with plastic laminates and veneers is a plus.
- Familiarity with hand tools and measuring devices such as tape measures.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and cutting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work overtime as required.
- A valid driver’s license is a plus.
