Description:
Our retail client is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator. This role will be 5 days/week on-site in Bradenton, FL, report to the Sr. Facilities Manager and serve as the main point of contact for daily store maintenance/work order coordination.
Experience Needed:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with work order systems or facilities/maintenance coordination (FreshService or similar)
- Experience with coordinating between multiple teams/vendors
- Customer-service mindset with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound requests and multi-tasking
Day to Day:
- Monitor the FreshService work order system daily and respond to maintenance requests from store managers, group managers, and others
- Evaluate incoming work order requests and distribute them to the appropriate store maintenance vendors or internal teams
- Assist Store Maintenance Managers with day-to-day functions as needed.
- Respond to emergency calls and coordinate urgent maintenance dispatch.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets tracking work order status, vendor activity, and facilities data.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to maintain confidentiality for sensitive or proprietary information.
- Friendly, professional, customer-service oriented demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; experience with FreshService or similar work order platforms a plus.
