Description:

EY is seeking a highly skilled SAP OTC Manager to join their consulting team. This role focuses on leveraging SAP S/4 HANA capabilities to improve client operations, particularly the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process. The manager will engage with business stakeholders, evaluate business models, and translate requirements into technical solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading workstream delivery and ensuring effective management of processes and solutions.

• Tracking deliverables, project status, and aligning outcomes with performance objectives.

• Leading workshops, gathering requirements, designing, configuring, and supporting end-to-end SAP OTC processes.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance) to ensure comprehensive solution delivery.

• Supervising and mentoring team members, fostering trust, encouraging diverse perspectives, and providing coaching.

• Analyzing newly implemented technology solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.

• Managing engagement economics, resource planning, and identifying opportunities for additional services.
