Claire’s is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor/Manager to lead store operations at the Eastwood location. The role involves driving sales, mentoring team members, maintaining store standards, and delivering excellent customer experiences. The position emphasizes self-expression, creativity, and engagement with fashion trends to create an upbeat shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales goals and enhance customer experiences.

  • Conduct piercings safely, educate customers on aftercare, and maintain a sterile environment.

  • Ensure store displays, inventory, and layouts are organized and visually appealing.

  • Support the Store Manager in training, coaching, and team development.

  • Represent Claire’s brand by staying current with trends and suggesting products to customers.

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory management, cash handling, and merchandising.

  • Encourage social media engagement and create shareable customer experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum high school education with at least one year of retail management experience.

  • Ability to conduct piercings with patience and empathy.

  • Proficient with POS systems and sales transactions.

  • Ability to lift 11-35kg (25-75lbs), stand for long periods, bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step stools.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, math skills, and organizational abilities.

  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and passionate about fashion and customer service.
