Description:

EY is seeking a SAP Supply Chain Planning Manager to help clients leverage SAP technology to improve operations and drive productivity. This role involves evaluating business models, gathering and analyzing requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and collaborating with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions. You will lead SAP workstreams, manage projects, and ensure deliverables align with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead workstream delivery and manage processes and solutions.

  • Track project status, deliverables, and alignment with performance objectives.

  • Participate in client working sessions and manage workstreams from planning through execution and closure.

  • Architect and deliver supply chain solutions across the SAP technology landscape.

  • Lead and deliver SAP projects or workstreams, ensuring quality and risk management.

  • Build relationships with client personnel and maintain strong communication with stakeholders.

  • Exercise decision-making skills to develop solutions for complex problems.

  • Apply knowledge of system development lifecycle and technology business architecture frameworks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Minimum 5 years combined experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Advanced Planning & Optimization (APO), and Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS).

  • Experience managing SAP projects or workstreams and leading project-based teams.

  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.

  • Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, industry-specific finance, and technology functions.

  • Flexibility and willingness to travel 40–60% for client needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior consulting experience.

  • SAP Certification(s).

  • Experience with at least three full-cycle implementations of core SAP modules.

Benefits & Compensation:

  • Base salary: $141,200–$258,900 per year (geography-dependent; higher in NYC, WA, CA).
