Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage one or more Profit Centers to achieve financial and operational targets.

• Develop and execute sales and recruiting strategies to expand the client base and consultant workforce.

• Oversee office operations ensuring compliance with budgets, policies, and quality standards.

• Establish and enforce processes for maintaining a qualified consultant database.

• Utilize technology systems and applications effectively to streamline business activities.

• Set clear performance expectations and goals for all staff members.

• Evaluate, coach, and develop team members to maximize their potential and accountability.

• Resolve client and consultant issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.

• Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (minimum 7 years).

• At least 7 years of managerial experience, leading teams in a service-oriented business.

• Proven track record in sales/business development, especially within IT staffing or related industries.

• 3-5 years experience managing full life-cycle recruitment.

• Deep understanding of at least one IT vertical market.

• Strong business results orientation with excellent analytical and decision-making skills.

• Effective communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities.

• Ability and willingness to travel locally (10-15%).
