Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the strategic planning and platform-first execution of paid social and digital marketing campaigns to drive brand goals.
• Drive integrated social influencer programs with internal and relevant agency partners.
• Drive agile social programs with custom targeting and content opportunities.
• Proactively collaborate and communicate effectively with internal marketers as well as cross-functional partners across the organization to drive the business and deliver on brand vision.
• Develop compelling strategic briefs and input creative teams on the development of creative assets for campaigns/initiatives.
• Evaluate creative content to ensure a consistent voice in alignment with brand guidelines, visual identity, and messaging themes.
• Assist in the management of agency and 3rd party partners as needed to develop marketing campaigns and content.
• Support development and execution of other brand programs and content on an ad-hoc basis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
• 4-5 years' experience in marketing preferred, agency experience a plus.
• Agile thinker with an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to deadlines and provide follow-up to ensure completeness and quality.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, strong attention to detail.
• Ability to problem solve and work in the grey.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and people skills. Ability to build relationships, interact professionally and comfortably.
• Works well as a team and as an independent contributor.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
