Marketing Coordinator

Qualifications:

• 1 - 5 years of marketing experience in the AE industry

• Highly motivated to create engaging content

• Strong interpersonal communication, writing and creative marketing skills

• Ability to work on multiple activities and manage deadlines with careful attention to detail

• Excellent editing and graphic design skills; experience with InDesign is required

• Experience with Cosential, Mail Chimp and Craft is useful.

• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on Communications, Marketing, English, Graphic Design and/or Business

Responsibilities:

• Write and coordinate text and graphics for digital communication including webpage and social media channels

• Assist with promotional activities including: quarterly e-newsletters, project photography, conference speaker proposals and project award submissions and project publicity.

• Research target markets and prospects to support business development activities

• Help maintain up-to-date project and client success stories, testimonials, and project statistics and graphics

• Work with firm principals to respond to RFQ's and RFP's and organize presentation material for interviews
