• In person marketing with guests checking into the resort

• Schedule the guest to virtually via ZOOM meet with member services to discuss their update and workshop VIA Zoom

• The coordinator may offer gifts to the guest for participating in the ZOOM update

• Distributing activity schedules and area brochures to the guest

• Must meet production standards on a weekly basis

• Guest will meet with member services for an update virtually through an iPad

• Follow up and respond to guests seeking concierge information or assistance

• Attend consistent training classes in order to improve production

• Tracks/records of own production and premium gifts that are distributed

Travel Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required, College Degree is preferred

Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
