The Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in enhancing brand visibility, driving lead generation, supporting digital efforts, and ensuring seamless communication across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop engaging and accurate content including property descriptions, email newsletters, social media posts, and other marketing collateral aligned with brand standards.

• Digital Marketing Support: Assist in maintaining the company’s website and social media channels. Monitor campaign performance and support optimization strategies.

• Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing initiatives such as new listing announcements, open house promotions, and community engagement campaigns. Coordinate with external vendors for photography, videography, and related services.

• CRM and Database Maintenance: Manage and update client databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate targeting in outreach efforts.

• Market Research: Perform research to identify local market trends and competitive activity, contributing insights to improve overall marketing strategies.

• Administrative Support: Help prepare essential real estate documents, including those required for listings and closings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a marketing role, ideally in real estate or a closely related field

• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with a sharp attention to detail

• Proficiency in social media and content management tools

• Familiarity with graphic design platforms such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

• Strong multitasking and time management capabilities
