Description:

The Associate – Marketing will create and edit customer-facing content for various digital and print channels across the company, including email, in-airport materials, united.com and more, focusing on multi-channel marketing campaigns. This individual will build and review content to align with United’s brand and marketing strategy and ensure clarity and completeness, focusing on implementing United’s new tone and voice. The successful candidate will bring new, innovative marketing copy ideas and demonstrate excellent editorial and communication skills, superb attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.

Create and/or edit copy for:

  • Integrated marketing assets for email (with segmentation), ridealong banners, paid media, social, and website placements and landing pages
  • Digital and print brand collateral pieces
  • Interactive mediums like our boarding video and email video series
  • Various other assets, including style guides, operational communications, Hemispheres magazine, and more
