Description:
This newly available role focuses on developing and improving mechanical systems from concept to installation while supporting continuous improvement across engineering and production.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop machine components and assemblies using AutoCAD or NX.
- Support equipment builds, testing, and on-site startups when required.
- Manage and update drawings, part lists, and revision history for all projects.
- Work with project and production teams to ensure schedules, budgets, and quality goals are met.
- Assist with material setup and documentation through SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Provide technical input to internal departments, suppliers, and customers.
- Contribute to engineering process improvements and standardization.
- Up to 20% travel required domestic and international.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of mechanical design or machinery experience.
- Proficient in 2D/3D CAD systems (AutoCAD, NX preferred).
- Familiarity with SAP or related systems a plus.
