Mern Stack Developer

Description:

RAIS USA seeks a Principal Full Stack Engineer with extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise applications using Object-Oriented Design, Microservices architecture, and SOLID design principles. The role requires leadership skills to guide a team of developers and expertise in full-stack technologies. Candidates must be adaptable, disciplined, and possess strong analytical and communication skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop enterprise applications using OO Design, Microservices, and SOLID principles.

• Lead and mentor a team of developers.

• Use agile methodologies for software development.

• Work with technologies including NodeJS, AngularJS/ReactJS/VueJS, Cordova/Ionic, Docker, REST, JSON, XML, HTML/HTML5, CSS, NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Redis.

• Develop containerized applications using AWS and Docker.

• Implement CI/CD and DevOps principles.

• Manage web services, system integration, and service-oriented architecture.

• Utilize Atlassian tools such as Confluence, Jira, GitHub, and Bitbucket.

• Communicate complex technical issues clearly to all organization levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10+ years IT architecture, design, development, deployment experience.

• 3-5 years relevant full-stack development experience.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and containerization (Docker).

• Experience with NoSQL databases and modern web technologies.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and agile development.
