Achieve Pediatric Therapy, a well-established therapy center based in Orlando, Florida, is seeking an energetic and creative Board Certified Music Therapist to join their growing team. Since 2007, Achieve Pediatric Therapy has been committed to providing compassionate, family-centered, and multidisciplinary care to children throughout Central Florida. Their services span occupational therapy (OT), physical therapy (PT), speech therapy (ST), behavior therapy (ABA), and music therapy (MT).

This on-site, part-time role offers the opportunity to grow into a full-time position for the right candidate. The Music Therapist will use structured and individualized music interventions to address physical, emotional, cognitive, and social needs of pediatric clients. This position is ideal for a passionate therapist who thrives in a collaborative, fun, and supportive environment, working alongside a team of ABA, OT, PT, and speech professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized and evidence-based music therapy sessions for children

  • Develop treatment plans tailored to each child’s specific developmental needs

  • Conduct assessments and track therapeutic progress

  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including OT, PT, ABA, and ST providers

  • Use music-based interventions to enhance motor, emotional, cognitive, and social development

  • Maintain documentation and communication with families regarding progress

Required Qualifications:

  • Board Certification (CBMT) as a Music Therapist

  • Bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy or a closely related field

  • Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities

  • Strong musical skills and therapeutic application of music in clinical settings

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in pediatric settings is strongly preferred

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse team
