As a National Account Manager , you'll take the lead in managing and growing multi-million-dollar national accounts while hunting for new business opportunities. You'll serve as a trusted partner to customers, delivering exceptional service and value-driven solutions. This is a high-impact role with significant visibility across our organization, requiring strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence at all levels. This position requires a self-motivated individual that can work independently to drive the sales within the geographic territory - via a growth mindset. This position must reside in either Texas or Southern California.

What You'll Do
 

  • Represent ITW FEG brands within assigned national accounts and across new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships that drive satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term growth.
  • Identify market trends, competitive insights, and emerging opportunities to exceed sales and profitability goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and customer advocate - helping clients achieve success through ITW FEG solutions.
  • Leverage value-based selling techniques and strong negotiation skills to close complex deals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams - including product development, service, and operations - to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Lead strategic business reviews and communicate account performance to key stakeholders.
  • Become an expert on ITW FEG's full range of product lines and their applications.
  • Utilize CRM tools and data-driven insights to manage your sales process and pipeline effectively.
     

What You Bring
 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven success in sales and account management, ideally within food equipment or food service industries.
  • Experience managing large national accounts and complex relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 3 days/2 nights per week.
