We are urgently seeking highly skilled and experienced .NET Developers for immediate contract (C2C) onsite roles in Plano, Texas and Agoura Hills, California. This opportunity is ideal for senior-level developers with a deep understanding of Microsoft .NET technologies and a proven track record of delivering robust, enterprise-grade applications.

In this role, you will contribute to critical application development projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including architects, QA analysts, and business stakeholders. The role demands not only technical expertise but also strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, onsite development environment.

We are specifically looking for candidates who are Green Card holders or U.S. Citizens, with the ability to attend face-to-face interviews and work onsite from day one. Local candidates from California are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and high-performing .NET applications.

• Collaborate with business analysts and software architects to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Ensure code quality through best practices, including code reviews and unit testing.

• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely manner.

• Maintain documentation related to software solutions and technical processes.

• Participate in performance tuning, application monitoring, and optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 11 years of experience in .NET development

• Proficient in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework

• Strong understanding of SQL Server and database development

• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks

• Excellent understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies

• Experience in developing enterprise-level applications

• Strong analytical and communication skills

Additional Requirements:

• Must be available to work onsite in either Plano, TX or Agoura Hills, CA

• Must be able to attend face-to-face (F2F) interviews

• Only Green Card holders or U.S. Citizens are eligible

• Candidates local to California are preferred
