Organizational Change Management Lead

Description:

We are seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to join our CGI team in Sacramento, CA! Will consider remote with a preference of the Northern CA area due to some limited travel to the the client's location.

You will partner with our Public Sector and/or Commercial clients in leading change management strategies ranging from short strategic engagements to large transformational initiatives.

Our OCM services include strategy development, leadership engagement, risk management, business process management/redesign, communications, training solutions and organizational readiness through proprietary solutions, proven methods, and supporting technologies.
