Overnight Concierge

Description:

Planned Companies is currently seeking a courteous and service-driven Overnight Concierge to work in Manhattan, New York. This role plays a critical part in providing a safe, welcoming, and highly personalized experience to tenants, guests, and vendors, ensuring a premium residential or commercial property environment.

The ideal candidate is warm, dependable, and knowledgeable about the local area and is passionate about delivering a five-star level of hospitality service, even during overnight hours.

Schedule:
Thursday to Monday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and announce visitors, providing directions and assistance to tenants, guests, and vendors upon entering the premises

• Build strong, personalized relationships with tenants by understanding their preferences and offering tailored recommendations

• Handle reservations and appointments for restaurants, hotels, entertainment venues, and more

• Plan and assist with on-site community or building events

• Offer guidance on local attractions, retail, dining, and services

• Secure, track, and manage deliveries, packages, and vendor visits

• Maintain control of keys and access cards

• Answer telephones and monitor the lobby for security and operational needs

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of customer service experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Basic computer proficiency

• Knowledge of local attractions, venues, and services

• Polite, friendly, self-confident, and capable of multitasking under pressure

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required
