Description:
Geotab, a global leader in IoT and connected transportation, is seeking a Marketplace Partner Development Manager. This role focuses on recruiting, growing, and managing relationships with Marketplace Partners, emphasizing the Order Now tier. You will collaborate with sales, product development, and segment teams to expand the Geotab Marketplace ecosystem by engaging prospective and existing third-party partners.
Prospect and identify new third-party technology solutions for Geotab Marketplace.
Collaborate with Geotab segment teams to target strategic partners.
Manage relationships with Basic and prospective partners, ensuring contract and pricing agreements are signed.
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities to attract and engage partners.
Represent Geotab at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new partners.
Provide training and workshops to partners on Marketplace solutions.
Act as the main contact for partner technical and business inquiries.
Relay partner feedback to product development teams to influence feature roadmaps.
Analyze partner performance and market trends to inform strategies.
5-8 years experience in sales, business development, or account management roles.
Proven success in lead engagement, account development, and strategic business planning.
Strong technical and business acumen.
Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
Project management experience with ability to manage multiple priorities.
Analytical mindset with strong time management skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to evolving technology and market demands.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Google Suite, and data analysis.
Entrepreneurial, self-starter with leadership qualities.
Ability to travel up to 50% (passport required).
Experience in telematics industry is highly preferred.
