Pursuit Search Group is thrilled to collaborate with a top-5 global engineering leader in their field, to find their next Payroll Manager.
What will your day look like?
- Payroll Management: Lead the payroll processing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop two direct reports in the payroll department.
- Process Improvement: Drive efficiency and accuracy in payroll processes, leveraging your expertise in UltiPro/Kronos systems.
Who are you?
- Experienced Leader: Management experience is required for this opportunity. Strong background in managing multi-state payroll with knowledge in UltiPro/Kronos systems.
- Detail-Oriented Professional: Exceptional attention to detail, especially in handling complex payroll systems and audits.
- Excel Wiz: Day-in and day-out, you're able to create and navigate complex Excel functions including Pivot Tables, Macros, Lookups, etc.
- Certification: CPP preferred but not essential. Degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or related field is advantageous.
- Communicative and Analytical: Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to analyze labor costs and reports.
