Sensational Kids Pediatric Therapy in Sheridan, Wyoming is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing team. We specialize in treating Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD) and other developmental conditions, serving children from infancy through adolescence in a fully equipped sensory gym. You’ll collaborate with experienced speech and physical therapists in a child-centered, in-person outpatient setting.

What You'll Do:

• Provide play-based occupational therapy to children ages 0–18
• Address developmental delays, sensory integration, fine/gross motor skills, attention, ADLs, and self-regulation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support individualized care plans
• Educate families and provide tailored home programs

Qualifications:

• Occupational Therapy License (Required)
• Pediatric experience (Preferred)
• Credentialing with Tricare, BCBS, Medicaid, and Cigna (Preferred)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Flexible hours

Compensation:

• Contract: $45–$47 per patient visit, or
• Employee: $38–$40 per hour
