📍 San Francisco (Financial District) | Full-Time, In-Office

This is not your typical assistant role. This is for someone who loves being in the middle of everything that matters—from high-touch personal projects to complex logistics—acting as a true right hand to a Founder who is always on the move.

Here’s what you’ll take ownership of:

  • 🗓️ Calendar Command Center – Keep a dynamic schedule running like clockwork (and always one step ahead)
  • ✈️ Travel Wizardry – Coordinate complex travel (commercial + private), build flawless itineraries, and anticipate every detail
  • 📬 Inbox Whisperer – Prioritize, respond, and keep communications moving (sometimes in the CEO’s voice)
  • 🏡 Property & Vendor Oversight – Manage multiple residences, vendors, repairs, and projects end-to-end
  • 🎉 Event Architect – Plan and execute private events, celebrations, and gatherings with precision and creativity
  • 💳 Bills, Expenses & Logistics – Track, forecast, and ensure everything gets handled on time
  • 🌍 Unique Projects – Think high-end travel experiences, special personal initiatives, and yes… some very one-of-a-kind adventures

  • Writes and communicates with clarity and confidence
  • Is discreet, trustworthy, and naturally anticipates needs
  • Doesn’t mind being available when something urgent comes up
