A leading and highly reputable personal injury law firm based in New York, specializing exclusively in construction accidents, premises liability, and sexual assault and abuse lawsuits, is seeking an experienced and passionate Personal Injury Attorney to join their dynamic legal team. The firm's owner is recognized for leading impactful campaigns against human sexual trafficking, advocating under recently established survivor empowerment laws.

This is a full-time, in-person role offering the opportunity to make a real difference in clients' lives while working in a high-caliber, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients effectively during negotiations, mediations, court proceedings, and trials.

• Conduct thorough legal research and draft high-quality legal documents including briefs, motions, and court filings.

• Manage personal injury cases across a broad spectrum — including car accidents, brain injuries, wrongful death, product liability, construction injuries, sexual assault cases, and wildfire-related claims.

• Independently handle all phases of a case from intake to successful resolution.

• Assist or lead depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.

• Collaborate with fellow attorneys and legal teams to strengthen client cases and achieve favorable outcomes.

• Provide compassionate and strategic advocacy to ensure justice for clients.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active license to practice law in the State of New York and in good standing.

• Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in personal injury law.

• Ability to manage a caseload independently while maintaining strong communication with clients and colleagues.

• Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills.

• Strong academic credentials preferred.

• Team-oriented mindset and a commitment to high ethical standards.
