Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in all phases of personal injury litigation, including depositions, motion practice, settlement negotiations, trials, and appeals

• Strategically manage a full caseload with minimal supervision

• Conduct thorough investigations, legal research, and preparation of pleadings and briefs

• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders

• Advocate with precision and professionalism in remote courtroom settings when needed

• Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate within a supportive legal team

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Personal Injury Law

• Proven success in high-stakes litigation and settlement negotiations

• Multi-state licensure is a significant advantage

• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

• Comfortable in a fully remote, tech-enabled legal environment
