As part of a results-driven team, successful candidates will take on complex and high-stakes personal injury litigation, including cases involving motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death claims, and bad faith insurance matters. This role is ideal for experienced litigators who are looking to expand their courtroom exposure and drive case strategies from initiation to conclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead personal injury litigation cases with full responsibility for case strategy and execution

• Handle all phases of litigation including pleadings, depositions, mediations, and trials

• Serve as lead counsel in trials and oversee legal support professionals

• Collaborate with other attorneys and participate in business development activities

• Maintain client relationships and ensure effective legal representation

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree

• Active license to practice law in Florida

• Extensive experience and demonstrated success in personal injury litigation

• Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $150000 – $190000 annually (approx. $12500 – $15833 monthly)
