Are you a licensed Pharmacist with strong retail pharmacy management experience and the leadership skills to oversee daily pharmacy operations?

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Charge to lead pharmacy operations, supervise pharmacy technicians and ensure patients receive safe, appropriate and professional pharmaceutical care.

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.
• Prepare, review and dispense appropriate pharmaceutical medications to patients.
• Lead, supervise and coordinate pharmacy technicians.
• Ensure accurate prescription processing and appropriate medication dispensing.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and pharmacy operations.
• Utilize pharmacy patient management systems effectively.
• Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy regulations and professional standards.
• Provide leadership and support to the pharmacy team.

🎯 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
• Current, active pharmacist license to practice in New York.
• Minimum 3 years of retail pharmacy management experience.
• Previous pharmacy leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience using pharmacy patient management systems.
• Excellent organizational, leadership and problem-solving abilities.
