FixtPT – Physical Therapy and Wellness is seeking passionate Doctors of Physical Therapy (DPTs) and Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) to join our growing team in our Sandy Springs location. We are dedicated to helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier and we’re looking for DPTs and PTAs who share our commitment to making a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver patient-centered care during evaluations (PTs) and treatment sessions (PTs & PTAs)
• Develop and establish individualized, evidence-based plans of care (PTs) and effectively implement them (PTAs under PT supervision)
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families to promote long-term success, independence, and injury prevention
• Accurately document patient progress and communicate changes in status to the supervising PT
• Maintain a flexible schedule, with availability for evenings– the shifts are typically 7-4p and 10-7p

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program (PTs) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program (PTAs)
• Active Georgia Physical Therapy license (or eligibility) required for both PTs and PTAs
• Strong clinical reasoning and effective communication skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered mindset with a high level of motivation and professionalism
