This is an employed position, focused primarily on adult care, with only a few pediatric patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Primarily Adult Practice: The role involves mostly adult care, with minimal pediatric cases.

• Patient Contact Hours: The work schedule includes 36 patient contact hours per week and 4 hours of administrative time.

• Monday to Friday Schedule: A standard Monday through Friday workweek for better work-life balance.

• Bilingual Requirement: Being bilingual in English and Spanish is a must for this position to effectively communicate with the diverse population in the area.

Position Details:

• Sign-On Bonus: A 5% sign-on bonus plus an additional 12% productivity bonus for outstanding performance.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified in the relevant medical specialty.

• 2+ years of experience preferred, but residents or early-career professionals may be considered.
