Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse solutions

• Create compelling Power BI Dashboards, Paginated Reports, and visualizations for data storytelling

• Translate business requirements into well-documented technical specifications

• Perform data modeling including both OLAP and relational models

• Optimize complex SQL queries for performance, scalability, and data quality

• Conduct data validation, cleansing, and model enhancement activities

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders from business and technical teams

• Communicate analytical findings in an accessible manner to all levels of the organization

Must-Have Skills:

• ✅ Extensive hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboards, paginated reports

• ✅ Proficiency in SQL Server and DAX for complex data transformations and logic

• ✅ Strong background in Data Warehousing concepts and practices

• ✅ Experience with Snowflake cloud data platform

• ✅ Knowledge of PBRS (Power BI Report Scheduler) and Power On

• ✅ Familiarity with semantic model tooling, such as cube design or SSAS

• ✅ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience in Financial Services, particularly in Fixed Income, Equity, or Derivatives

• Prior work in regulated environments or financial data reporting

• Understanding of enterprise BI architecture

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

• Minimum 8 years of BI/Analytics/Reporting experience

• Demonstrated success in delivering enterprise-scale dashboards and reporting tools

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
