Areti Group, a climate-positive tech recruitment organization, is proud to partner with a rapidly growing Microsoft Power Platform Partner to hire a Power Platform Practice Lead. This fully remote position is a rare opportunity to establish, shape, and lead a world-class Power Platform practice with a global reach, empowering clients through transformative digital solutions.

As the Power Platform Practice Lead, you will spearhead the build-out and strategy of the Power Platform offering across North America and beyond. The role involves architecting end-to-end enterprise solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. You will collaborate closely with client stakeholders to define impactful digital transformation roadmaps, mentor and develop a team of consultants and engineers, and drive the establishment of governance, standards, and best practices for scalable implementations. The role also includes representing the company at key industry events and building a strong presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic development and build-out of the Power Platform practice.

• Architect enterprise-grade solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.

• Collaborate with clients to create and deliver digital transformation roadmaps.

• Mentor and develop a team of Power Platform professionals.

• Establish governance, standards, and best practices.

• Represent the company at industry events and partner engagements.

Position Requirements:

• Extensive hands-on experience with the Power Platform suite.

• Deep technical expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.

• Proven leadership skills in building or scaling a Power Platform team.

• Excellent communication skills for strategic client engagements.

• Microsoft certifications (such as PL-600, PL-400, PL-200) are strongly preferred.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder; sponsorship is not available.
