Power/energy Analyst

Description:

In beautiful Miami, you will be working within a leading Global Hedge Fund. This position will involve research, development and execution of Power and Energy trading strategies (ERCOT / PJM). You will need a strong fundamental understanding of Energy markets across the US / Europe. You will be managing data and modelling for the power and gas desks , generating reports with the aim of finding discrepancies in the markets to use as a source of PNL. Using Python you will assist in trading global commodity strategies.

Requirement :

📌 2+ years experience as an Analyst / Researcher within the Buyside / Trade Shop

📌 Strong Power/ Energy market knowledge

You do not need to own a track record*

📌 Python Proficiency

📌 STEM degree
