Description:
The Practice Analyst partners closely with attorneys, fiduciary professionals, tax specialists, business support teams, and IT stakeholders to enhance client service delivery, streamline workflows, and improve the management of sensitive client and financial data.
The Analyst will help support estate planning, trust administration, probate administration, tax compliance, and high-net-worth client service.
Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of Wealth Management legal workflows, including estate planning, trust administration, probate administration, tax preparation, and fiduciary services.
- Serve as a subject matter resource for technology solutions supporting the Wealth Management practice, including document management, client data management, AI adoption and workflow tools.
- Serve as a primary liaison between the Wealth Management Technology team and the Firm's Information Technology department, coordinating technology initiatives, communicating business requirements, escalating issues, and helping ensure alignment of practice-specific and firmwide technology strategies.
- Act as an expert on the end-user experience for firmwide and Wealth Management-specific applications.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, identify technology requirements and enhance client service.
- Champion user adoption, engagement, and best practices across iManage and other key Wealth Management and Firmwide technology applications, including AI, workflow, and productivity tools.
- Champion user adoption, engagement and best practices related to the document management system.
- Provide day-to-day troubleshooting, support of and training on the document management system.
- Support CoPilot, DeepJudge and Claude use cases.
